Kin! Awrian is an a priori constructed language inspired by languages of the Americas, featuring simple syllable structures and a rich agglutinating morphology with some isolating features. Its writing system is best described as an alphasyllabary that may be written either left-to-right or top-to-bottom.

Interesting Features: Verbal tense and aspect are treated separately in Awrian, meaning one can encode tense or aspect, but not both. Verbs must also always indicate a relative position in space. Awrian nouns encode possession, not on the possessor, but on the possession, and this is encoded even when the possessor is not within the sentence. Awrian is also a VSO language.
